Emma Rickenbaugh
Emma serves as the Clinical Operations Manager at EdenPath ABA and brings several years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her direct experience working with children and families has given her a strong understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of ABA services. In her role, Emma supports families and staff throughout their experience with EdenPath while overseeing daily operations, intake, scheduling, staff training, and recruiting. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for families and ensuring staff have the support they need to provide high-quality care.
